Our jewelry features lab-grown diamonds. Where a diamond is described as IGI certified, it is supplied with an independent grading report. Certification details are shown on each product page.
Most pieces are made to order. Production and delivery times are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
We aim to display colors, sizes, and images as accurately as possible. Because each piece is handcrafted, small natural variations may occur, and screen displays may differ slightly from the actual product.
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to limit the sale of products to any person, region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION 6 – ORDERS, BILLING & ACCOUNT ACCURACY
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, contain pricing errors, or fail payment verification. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund and notify you using the contact details you provided.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing, shipping, and contact information so that we can process your order and contact you if needed.

For custom and personalized pieces, you are responsible for confirming all design details, ring sizes, and engraving text before production begins. Custom and personalized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

We may provide access to third-party tools and links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Your use of them is at your own discretion.
