Cancellation Policy
We accept order cancellations as long as the request is made before the item enters production or has shipped.
Most orders can be cancelled within the first 12 to 24 hours after placement.
Once production begins, we’re no longer able to cancel the order.
Custom pieces, engraved items, and made-to-order jewelry cannot be cancelled once work has started, as these items are created specifically for you and production begins shortly after the order is placed.
How to Request a Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact UNII Jewels immediately with your order number.
Our team will verify the order status and confirm whether cancellation is still possible.

Orders Already Shipped
If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
You may request a return after delivery, provided the item qualifies under our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
🔹 If your cancellation request is approved before production begins, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
🔹 Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Notes
🔹 UNII Jewels reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that fall outside the allowed time window.
🔹 Any transaction or payment gateway fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
