Thank you for shopping with UNII Jewels. We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely happy with an eligible piece, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

✅ Return Eligibility

Returns are available on selected pieces. Eligibility is shown on each product page.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • The item must be unworn and unused, in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, certificates, and accessories included
  • An unboxing video and photo are required. The video must clearly show the shipping label before the package is opened

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry, including engraved and custom-designed pieces
  • Items marked final sale / clearance
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery

🌍 International Returns:
If you are returning an item from outside India, please contact us first. We will share the correct return address for your country once your return is approved.

Please do not send a return without approval, as unapproved returns cannot be processed.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
  • We strongly recommend a trackable, insured shipping service
  • UNII Jewels is not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit
  • For orders within India, ₹200 is deducted from the refund to cover shipping charges

⚠️ Damaged, Defective & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

📸 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. We will cover the cost of putting it right and offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

💎 Item Condition & Loss in Value

To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in perfect original condition.

If the returned item shows:

  • Wear
  • Damage
  • Missing parts, certificates, or packaging

a partial refund or deduction may apply based on the loss in value.

💳 Refund Process & Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of its approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but eligible pieces can be returned under this policy. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
