Most solitaire rings and stud earrings require approximately 8–10 days for production.
If your order includes a custom design or a stone that requires specialized crafting or certification, please allow an additional 10–12 days for completion.
Production times for other jewelry categories—such as necklaces, bracelets, and customized pieces—may differ. If you need specific information before placing your order, our team will be happy to assist.
Loose diamonds usually require minimal processing and are typically ready to ship within one business day.
Production timelines begin after order confirmation and payment verification.

We provide free worldwide shipping on all orders.
No additional handling or packaging fees are charged unless clearly stated at checkout.
For international deliveries, shipments are handled through UPS, USPS, or Aramex.
Within India, orders are shipped via Blue Dart or Sequel Logistics.
Once dispatched, standard delivery generally takes 8–10 business days.
Please note that your jewelry item and its certificate may sometimes be shipped separately, resulting in multiple packages.

For most jewelry purchases, the combined production and shipping time is approximately 18–20 days from the date the order is placed.
Custom-designed pieces or items that require detailed craftsmanship may take longer.
Loose diamonds are delivered sooner because they do not require extended processing.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on destination country and customs clearance.
🔒 Insurance and Shipment Security
Every order shipped from UNII Jewels is fully insured until it reaches your hands.
If your parcel is lost, damaged, or shows signs of tampering before delivery, we will take full responsibility and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
We recommend inspecting your package immediately upon arrival and reporting any concerns before accepting or signing for the delivery.
💰 Import Duties and Reimbursements
Although shipping is free, certain countries may charge small import duties or taxes.
If you are required to pay such a fee (usually not exceeding USD 40), you may share the proof of payment, and we will refund the amount.
Reimbursement is processed within 7–10 business days after verification.
