⏳ Order Processing & Production Time
Most UNII Jewels pieces are made to order. Production takes approximately 6–8 days after your order is placed.
Ready-to-ship pieces skip production entirely and are dispatched straight away, so you only wait for delivery.
Custom designs that need specialized crafting may take longer. If your piece needs extra time, our team will confirm the timeline with you before production begins.
Production timelines begin after order confirmation and payment verification.
🌍 Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on every order to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. No handling or packaging fees are charged.
International orders are shipped with UPS, USPS, or Aramex. Orders within India are shipped with Blue Dart or Sequel Logistics.
Once dispatched, delivery to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia takes approximately 10–12 days. Orders within India usually arrive in 4–7 business days, and shipping charges for orders within India are calculated at checkout.
Your jewelry and its certificate may sometimes be shipped separately, so you may receive more than one package.
📅 Estimated Total Delivery Time
- Made-to-order pieces: approximately 16–20 days from the date your order is placed (6–8 days production plus 10–12 days delivery)
- Ready-to-ship pieces: approximately 10–12 days from dispatch
Custom designs may take longer. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
🔒 Insurance and Shipment Security
Every order shipped by UNII Jewels is fully insured until it reaches your hands.
If your parcel is lost, damaged, or shows signs of tampering before delivery, we take full responsibility and will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives and report any concerns before accepting or signing for the delivery.
💰 Import Duties & Taxes
For orders to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, import duties and taxes are already included in our prices. There is nothing extra to pay when your order is delivered.
If a courier ever asks you for a duty or tax payment on your order, please contact us before paying and we will resolve it.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number is sent to your registered email address, so you can follow your shipment until it reaches you.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by 2–3 days due to customs procedures, regional conditions, or holiday seasons.
UNII Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or courier disruptions beyond our control, but we will always help you follow up with the courier.
